Update: Congratulations to the winners of the Fourth Annual (2023) OCBA Photo Contest! We had many fantastic photos entered this year. Janet Staats won in the Spring category, Axel Elling won in the Summer category, Connie Guerin and Tracy Noonan tied for first place in the Fall category, and Tracie Greco won in the Winter category. Winning photos will be featured on the home page throughout this year. Entries will open for the next photo contest in December.
We’re looking for bee-themed photos taken within the past 12 months that capture each season of the year. This year we will also have a category for best youth photographer, which is open to any person age 18 or younger for bee themed photos taken during any season of the year. Winning photos will be featured on the OCBA web site home page throughout the year as well on our social media platforms, and winning photographers will receive a $25 gift certificate to Bailey Bee Supply.
You may submit ONE photo per season (winter, spring, summer, fall) for a total limit of up to FOUR photos to the contest. Youth photographers may also submit ONE photo to the youth category for a total limit of FIVE photos. Please submit different photos to each category.
Winners will be selected by popular vote during the holiday party, and submissions must be received by Tuesday, December 12th.
