Our May meeting will focus on varroa treatments and use guidelines.  Patrick Jones, the Director of NCDA&CS Structural Pest Control and Pesticides Division will explain the key points of the EPA Advisory on the Applicability of FIFRA and FFDCA for Substances Used to Control Varroa Mites in Bee Hives.  We will have a panel discussion on Apiguard, Oxalic Acid, Formic Pro, Apivar and the use of VSH queens in IPM plans.
